Tracy is the Founder and MD of MaximITy Limited, formed in 2000 to help companies really get to grips with tech. She has over 32 years’ experience in the industry starting out as a programmer before moving into consultancy, training and project management roles. Tracy spent 8 years in the Automotive industry and has successfully deployed large scale IT infrastructures – including hardware, software and services – into many differing industries. These include the Financial Services sector, the Construction Industry, the Services sector and general manufacturing with projects ranging from £10k to in excess of £1.4M. She is a CompTIA Premier Member, member of the Education Faculty, works with the UK Executive Council and is proud to be on the Board of Directors.
