Program Pre-Requisites and Course Schedule
Students are required to have either of the following for the Project Management training course:
- A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent), 7,500 hours of leading and directing projects and 35 hours of class instruction OR
- A four (4) year degree, 4,500 hours of leading and directing projects and 35 hours of class instruction
- If a student wishes to enroll into the Project Management program and does not meet the requirements above, they will still be able to enroll into the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) exam in place of the Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam. We provide the same class instruction for the CAPM® exam.
The requirements are:
- A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent, 1,500 hours of project experience OR
- 23 hours of class instruction

Session 2:
- Schedule Management, Cost Management
Session 3:
- Quality Management, Resource Management, Communication Management
Session 4:
- Risk Management, Procurement Management, Stakeholder Management
Session 5:
- Professional Ethics and Responsibility, Review Exercises, Mock Exam
